The G Class's front suspension was developed as independent, while the rigid axle principle at the back had been retained from the basic model. This needed a new integral subframe, controlling arms milled from solid blocks, redesigning portal axle set up elements made of high-strength aluminum, and a reinforced axle housing.
The vehicle also has a titanium-plated, adjustable in height Brabus Ride Control coilover suspension that was developed specifically to accommodate its portal axle's high ground clearance. The suspension configuration can be selected using the standard Dynamic Choose the suspension modification in the cockpit.
The new XLP Superblack is equipped with a collection of Brabus Monoblock HD wheels that have an eight bolt pattern developed specifically for its portal axle. The 9.5Jx22 aluminum wheels are created for highest strength and are mounted on Pirelli Scorpion ATR all-terrain tires in size 325/55 R22.

In addition, the bedsides are made of carbon, and the black Flexiteek bed liner is a direct transfer of technology from outstanding performance Brabus Marine boats.
The vehicle also has a Brabus hood cowl that includes two power rises, wind deflectors, and four extra LED lights made from CSP's advanced technology chemical compounds. The fender flares, on the other hand, were modified from the Brabus Widestar widebody version for the present G Class models, painted black, and equipped with exposed-carbon wheel arches, increasing the vehicle's width by 11.6 cm.

Furthermore, the pickup speeds up from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 s, with the maximum speed electronically set at 210 km/h due to the all-terrain Pirelli tires.
The vehicle's interior includes the finest black leather with athletic carbon components, such as the headliner that is made of black Alcantara, the whole interior, including the floor, completed in the finest black leather, the middle section of the seats with seashell diamond quilting and perforations, and the steering wheel, control panel, door panels, and center console completed in carbon.
