Brabus has created a new luxury SUV, the Brabus 800, built on the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC. This upgraded version boosts speed and power with the special Brabus PowerXtra B40S-800 performance kit.
Massive Power Upgrade with Brabus PowerXtra Kit
Thanks to the PowerXtra upgrade, the engine now produces 800 horsepower (up from 557 hp) and 950 Nm of torque (up from 730 Nm). These numbers are reached at low RPMs—800 hp at 6000 rpm and 950 Nm at 5000 rpm—which helps the SUV feel powerful and smooth.
Fast Acceleration and High Speed
The upgraded GLS 800 can now go from 0-100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. Due to its weight, the top speed is limited to 300 km/h to keep the vehicle safe.
TUV-Certified Components and Long Warranty
Every part used in this Brabus SUV is TUV-certified, meaning it has passed strict safety and quality checks. The car also comes with a 3-year or 100,000 km engine warranty, offering peace of mind for daily driving.
High-Performance Exhaust and Stylish Finish
The GLS 800 has a stainless steel high-performance exhaust system with active sound control. It also features matte black tailpipes, and all chrome parts are finished in Shadow Grey to match the sleek black paint.

The Brabus 800 gets a bold new look with:
- A Brabus front spoiler that reduces lift at high speeds
- A carbon front trim for the bumper's air intakes
- A custom Brabus lower bumper section with a center diffuser

Inside, the cabin is wrapped in Brabus fine leather in Leonis Orange. The leather is breathable and covers:
- Seat centers
- Door panels
- Cabin floor
The floor also has square quilting and tiny holes for airflow. In the back, there's a custom business console with two fold-out tables, making it perfect for work or comfort on the go.
24-Inch Brabus Wheels for Performance
The GLS 800 rides on Brabus Monoblock M 'Platinum Edition' alloy wheels, which are 24 inches in size. The wheel setup includes:
- Front axle: 10Jx24 wheels with 295/35 R 24 high-performance tires
- Rear axle: 12Jx24 wheels with 335/30 R 24 street tires
Adjustable Air Suspension for a Smooth Ride
The SUV uses Brabus Airmatic air suspension, which can lower the ride height by 25 mm, giving it a sportier feel and better handling.
