Novitec Ferrari F8 - The Timeless V8 Beast

25 Mar, 2025 2
Ferrari F8 Spider Makeover by Novitec

The Ferrari F8 may have ended production in 2023, but its legacy is far from over. After just four years on the market, Ferrari halted orders in early 2022, with the final unit rolling off the Maranello assembly line.

Interestingly, the last Ferrari F8 Tributo was the only model produced for the 2023 model year, making it an ultra-rare collector's piece. Given its exclusivity, it's unlikely that we'll see this F8 hit the second-hand market anytime soon.

Is the Ferrari 296 GTB a True Successor?

Ferrari never officially positioned the Ferrari 296 GTB as a direct replacement for the F8, and for good reason. The 296 GTB represents Ferrari's push into hybrid performance, featuring an electrified powertrain while keeping the rear mid-engine layout and rear-wheel drive formula intact.

With a blistering 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) time of just 2.9 seconds, the Ferrari 296 GTB harnesses a combined 818 hp (830 ps/610 kW) from its twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 and an electric motor. The engine alone produces 654 hp (663 ps/488 kW), while the electric unit contributes 165 hp (167 ps/123 kW). Flat out, this hybrid supercar reaches speeds that exceed 205 mph (330 kph).

Novitec Ferrari F8 Spider: The Timeless V8 Beast

Despite the advancements of the 296 GTB, the Ferrari F8 Spider remains a favorite among enthusiasts. It delivers breathtaking performance with a 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 generating 710 hp (720 ps/530 kW) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. It matches the 296 GTB's 0-62 mph time while boasting a slightly higher top speed of 211 mph (340 kph).

A Subtle Yet Stunning Transformation by Novitec

One particular Ferrari F8 Spider has been turning heads thanks to a tasteful upgrade by Novitec. This modified version features striking V-spoke wheels and a lowering kit, giving it an aggressive stance while keeping its elegance intact.

Finished in a glossy black exterior, this tuned F8 Spider sports matching black wheels, red brake calipers, and a red-and-black interior that stands out beautifully, especially with the top down.

Less Is More: Novitec's Signature Touch on the Ferrari F8

Novitec has a reputation for enhancing supercars without overcomplicating their design, and this Ferrari F8 Spider is proof of that philosophy. Its refined styling, with Ferrari's raw V8 power, makes it a dream machine that many enthusiasts would choose over a hybrid-powered 296 GTB.

Would you take this enhanced Novitec Ferrari F8 Spider over a Novitec Ferrari 296 GTB?
