Manhart Performance has just revealed its most powerful version of the Audi RS Q8. It's called the Manhart RQ 900.
The car starts with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that normally makes 600hp and 800 Nm of torque. But Manhart has upgraded the car a lot. Now, it produces a huge 918hp and 1,180 Nm of torque.
We don't yet know the new performance numbers, but we can guess it's faster than the original RS Q8, which goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 305 km/h.
Major Engine Upgrades and ECU Tuning
To reach that power, the ECU was fully remapped. Manhart also added:
- Bigger turbochargers
- A Manhart intercooler
- A carbon intake by Eventuri
- A Manhart turbo performance kit
- Sport downpipes with 200-cell catalytic converters
Note: These downpipes are not TUV-approved and are made for export only. They connect to a stainless steel exhaust system with valve control. You can choose between ceramic or carbon-coated tailpipes.
Lowered Suspension and Brake Options
The ride height is lowered by 30–40 mm thanks to software tweaks or custom coupling rods. It improves how the SUV looks and handles.
Buyers can also request custom brake upgrades for even better stopping power.
Unique Widebody Design and Styling
The Manhart RQ 900 wears bold black paint with gold trim lines and lettering. It also has a full carbon fiber widebody kit, which includes:
- Wheel arch extensions
- Front spoiler
- Side skirts
- Roof spoiler attachment
- Rear spoiler
- Rear diffuser
- Front frame with added pieces
- Single-frame grille
24-Inch Wheels and Performance Tires
The RQ 900 rides on Manhart Classic Line wheels. These have a side-matte finish and gold stripe accents.
- Wheel sizes: 10.5×24 (front) and 12.5×24 inches (rear)
- Tire sizes: 295/30 ZR24 (front) and 355/25 ZR24 (rear)
Luxurious Interior Upgrades
Inside, the SUV gets:
- High-quality Manhart leather seats with detailed stitching
- Custom accents (chosen by the buyer)
- Manhart-branded floor mats
Price Expected to Exceed Lamborghini Urus
Manhart hasn't shared the price yet. However, their earlier RQ 800 (also based on the RS Q8) cost over 300,000 euros. A new Lamborghini Urus costs around 200,000 euros.
So, we expect the RQ 900 to cost at least 350,000 euros, making it even more expensive than a Lamborghini.
