Mansory has done it again. The famous car tuner has changed another Mercedes-AMG G 63. But not everyone will think it looks good. Mansory is known for its bold and wild designs, and this one is no different. Still, many people with deep pockets love these custom builds, so Mansory continues to make money no matter how the cars look.
Meet the Mansory P850: A Custom G 63 in Paris
This time, Mansory made a version of the Mercedes-AMG G 63 called the P850. It was seen in Paris, France, near the Eiffel Tower. The name "P850" may make you think it has 850 horsepower—but it’s even more powerful than that.
More Power Than the Name Suggests
Mansory says this custom SUV has 900 metric horsepower, which equals 887 brake horsepower (bhp) or 662 kilowatts (kW). It also has 1,200 Nm (or 885 lb-ft) of torque. It uses 14.7 liters of fuel per 100 km (about 16 miles per gallon in the US) and gives off 350 grams of CO2 per kilometer.
For comparison, the stock Mercedes-AMG G 63 has:
- 577 horsepower (430 kW)
- 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque
- A 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) time of 4.5 seconds
With over 300 more horsepower, the Mansory P850 could hit 100 km/h in around 3.5 seconds.
Aggressive New Look with Custom Body Kit
Mansory didn’t just add more power. The P850 also has a full custom body kit. Here's what's new:
- Vented hood
- Front bumper
- Grille
- Fender flares
- Front quarter panel vents
- Side skirts
- Rear bumper and diffuser
- Mansory-branded spare wheel holder
- Roof attachments at the front and back
There are other small changes too.
Fancy Wheels and Matte Yellow Paint
We've seen these wheels on other Mansory cars before. They might look better on a Rolls-Royce or a Maybach, but Mansory seems happy with them. The wheels are one of the more normal parts of this wild ride.
The car's body is painted matte yellow with forged carbon accents and extra LED lights.
Bold Interior: White Leather and Green Details
The inside of the P850 is just as bold. The interior is redone in white leather with green piping and green accents. This matches the outside color.
Mansory's logo is everywhere:
- Steering wheel
- Center console
- Headrest pillows
- Seatbelts
The tuner says the interior is made for comfort and style. But it might feel a bit too flashy for some G-Class fans.
Commissioned Build or For Sale?
We don’t know if a customer asked Mansory to build this SUV or if they made it first and are now trying to sell it. But it seems more likely that someone ordered it.
In the end, this isn’t the worst-looking G-Wagen Mansory has made. But it’s also not the best.
