After working on the SUV variant, Brabus unveiled a Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe with the 800 package. The engine now produces 800 hp and 1000 nm of torque, and the Urus rival will accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 3.4 s before reaching a maximum speed of 280km/h. This is the latest addition to the Brabus 'supercars' lineup.
The engineers programmed the mapping of the electronic engine control to recalibrate the electronic enhance pressure control and optimize power delivery while preserving the vehicle's durability. Brabus has conducted extensive tests on both racetracks and public roads to ensure safety and performance
The GLE 63 S is powered by a 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 engine that produces up to 612 hp and 850 Nm of torque. The Brabus PowerXtra B40-S-800 the conversion raised the vehicle's power by 188hp and added 150 Nm of torque. As a result, the vehicle's highest peak power is 800hp at 5,900 rpm and 1000 Nm at a low 3,500 rpm, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.4 s. The maximum speed is electronically limited to 280 km/h.
The vehicle's gears can be shifted manually or automatically using the ergonomic Brabus Race paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel. A Brabus Memory System, which can permanently disable the standard automatic start-stop configuration, is also available as an option. Brabus also provides a 3-year or 100,000km tuning warranty on all units.
The company has also equipped the GLE 63 S with an outstanding performance stainless steel sports exhaust system with actively controlled flaps that optimise engine performance while also controlling sound depending on the driver's preferred drive mode.
The vehicle's exterior features a front spoiler that reduces front-axle lift at high speeds and gives it a sporty appearance, a touch of racing flair to refine the side view, and a Brabus diffuser insert designed for the rear fascia to highlight the titanium/carbon tailpipes. The front spoiler also enhances the vehicle's stability while driving at high speeds.
Alcantara and Brabus Mastic breathable leather covers the seats, dashboard, door panels, and headliners. Additionally, the interior features aluminum door lock pins, aluminum pedals, stainless-steel cuffs with a color-changing backlit Brabus logo, and carbon fiber elements with a high-gloss finish sealer.
The GLE 63 S is equipped with a set of Brabus alloy wheels in a variety of designs and diameters (21, 22, 23, or 24 inches). The wheels have been paired with a Brabus selection of low profile tires in size 295/30 R 24 for the vehicle. Exclusive Brabus Monoblock Z 'Platinum Edition' hi-tech forged wheels in 10Jx24 king-sized format are also available as an option.
There is also an Airmatic air suspension control module available. The air suspension reduces the vehicle's ride height by 25mm and improves its stance and driving dynamics due to its low center of gravity.
