Mercedes-AMG G 63 has been massively redesigned by the famous tuner Mansory. It's now called the Mansory P820 EWB Gold Edition. You can buy it in the luxury capital of the world, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This golden SUV is made to stand out while cruising the desert. Its gold color matches the sand perfectly, blending in yet shining bright.
Power Meets Luxury in the Desert
The G 63 is not just a strong SUV. This version by Mansory is also super luxurious inside. You can race through dunes or city streets while sitting in first-class comfort.
Mansory turned the classic G-Wagon into a bold yet stylish SUV. To show off its power, they added giant 24-inch FD.15 forged wheels, also in gold. These wheels come with 295/30R24 tires all around.
Mansory offers different wheel finishes on their website if all gold is too much for your taste.
Design Upgrades with a Unique Look
The hood design can also change. Buyers can choose a full gold paint job or exposed carbon fiber. Both versions include a big hood scoop to help cool the engine.
Under that hood is a powerful 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine. Normally, the G 63 makes 577 horsepower (585 metric hp). But this P820 version cranks it up to 809 horsepower (820 metric hp).
With that much power, this SUV goes from 0 to 62 mph (0-100 kph) in just 3.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 155 mph (250 kph).
A Gold-Plated Interior Made for Royalty
Inside, the SUV is covered in gold accents and carbon fiber. It looks more like a luxury lounge than an off-roader. The rugged workhorse image is gone—this G-Wagon is all about style and comfort now.
Buyers can pick from many leather types, trim styles, and color choices for the cabin. One special feature is the starlight headliner, like the one in the Dubai version.
Even though this is the Extended Wheelbase (EWB) model, the cabin size is the same. But there's much more room in the trunk. Mansory added 7.9 inches (20 cm) between the C and D pillars to make space for cargo.
There's an Armored Version Too
For buyers who want extra protection, there's also an armored version of the Mansory P820 EWB Gold Edition. One is on display at a dealership in Dubai, shining brighter than the supercars around it.
What About the P900 Gold Edition?
Earlier this month, Mansory showed off another version: the P900 EWB Gold Edition. It offers even more luxury and a stronger engine. The V8 now makes 887 horsepower (900 metric hp).
Even with all that extra power, the performance is almost the same. It goes from 0 to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds and tops out at 155 mph.
